Chris L.

Chris was born and raised in Greenville, SC.  He started playing sports at a young age, but fell in love with soccer when he was 8 and played competitively until the age of 18. After graduating from Eastside High School in Taylors, SC, he attended Winthrop University where he developed an interest in weightlifting and exercise. Chris decided to pursue coaching after graduating from Winthrop with a degree in exercise science.

While attending Winthrop, Chris interned with the sports performance stagg at Yale University. There he had the opportunity to program and work with several athletic programs, including the national championship winning lacrosse program, Ivy League Championship soccer and football programs, as well as the baseball program.  While he was in Connecticut, he was able to work under USA Baseball strength and conditioning coach Jim Ronai. There he coached highschool and college athletes at Coach Ronai’s private business. Right before joining Knight Performance Factory, Chris interned with the football strength staff at Appalachian State University where he was able to coach the two time Sun Belt champions.

Chris believes that everyone has physical potential regardless of age, athletic ability, or health status, and his mission is to help those he works with reach that potential.

Born in Alabama but Jess calls Greenville home. She Graduated Hillcrest in 2003 and went straight into the work force developing an extensive background in sales.
