In the month of April, let’s take advantage of our able bodies by doing the bare minimum of walking.
Walk a minimum of 15 minutes each day of the month. If you want to really push it, add a Ruck or weighted bookbag to the mix for some simultaneous strength work.
Get outside with family, friends, while soccer or baseball practice is going on, stay and walk at KPF. Whatever, just literally take that extra step. See how your body composition changes by just walking consistently. See how your lifts become easier with the base level of aerobic fitness.
Find out how you have more time in the day than you think to be active.
So, during the entire month of April lets see how many miles and minutes we can accumulate.
