Eat Less Crap Nutrition Kickstart

On a basic level, most of us know what to eat: whole foods such as meats, fruits and vegetables. We know to manage carb intake but don't cut it.

Basically, don't eat like a ravenous hound, and cut out the crap!

Stuff like that.

Even though we are equipped with that knowledge, we still don't entirely adhere to those basics.

It's not because we are not intelligent. It's not because we don't know where to find these foods. Interestingly enough, it's not even because we need a meal plan.

It's simply because we need accountability to establish the basic habits that set us up for nutritional success.

The "Eat Less Crap Kickstart" is going to be our first way of giving you accountability in 2023.

This will be a 4 week, group-based, nutrition accountability program geared to helping you establish habits for a sustainable and proper relationship with food.

We will start with a virtual group meeting to establish expectations, provide the initial tools to get started and, answer any questions you may have.

Even though this is a group format, there will be individual check-ins at the end of each week.

We will get some baseline body composition numbers during the first days of the Kickstart and we will reassess during the final days of the last week.

Throughout the program, we will share useful content such as recipe books, tips on how to stay consistent, how you should train to find a desired body composition and much more.

Our goal is to set you up to begin the new year on the right nutritional foot, but more importantly, sustain your efforts well beyond 2023.

Virtual Orientation will be Thursday, January 5th @ 7pm. The program will begin on Monday, January 9th, giving you the weekend to prepare.

Registration is open at $135, so if you are ready, get started below.

If you still have questions, we would be glad to answer them. So, email us at train@knightperformancefactory.com
